At The Arena, when it comes to our fitness classes, we get strong, we get lean, and we get fit together! We offer a wide variety of group fitness classes, a state-of-the-art gym and aqua fitness classes seven days a week. Some of our classes include yoga, spin, barre, HIIT, TRX, water aerobics, and much more!
