Grace teaches vinyasa-style yoga, yoga sculpting, spinning, barre-style, and various strength classes. Members love Grace's classes for an attainable challenge, descriptive movement queues, and playlists that always hit!
Often, you will catch Grace saying that each class is like a bridge. You step onto that bridge feeling one way, with baggage from your day... and as you cross that bridge, you begin to shed layers and feel like a new person, with a new day ahead of you once you get to the other side. Grace invites you to cross that bridge with her at Wembley!
Following her time in Germany, Robyn moved to Los Angeles to work at the University of Southern California in adult education administration. She spent the next ten years there while also starting a family. When her second child was born, she decided to slow down and stay home with her two small children.
During her break, she completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training, specializing in therapeutics, including pre/postnatal, cancer, injuries, and restorative yoga. Robyn moved back to her hometown of Bainbridge, Ohio, where she is excited for her children to grow up and enjoy the snow. She is now teaching at the Arena at Wembley, where she can help people of all different ages, genders, and skill levels move forward in their yoga journey.
Her love for yoga began in 2003 when she created the onsite yoga program to support MetroHealth Hospital employees. Knowing it would be a gift she would like to share with others someday, she began her yoga teacher training path in 2012 and never looked back. Kate has been trained in several modalities of hatha-style yoga and kundalini and offers instruction in both group settings and personal 1:1 yoga instruction.
As the owner and creatrix of Sage & Soul, Kate currently works as an intuitive healer & energy medicine practitioner, Hatha & Kundalini yoga instructor, transformational/conscious parenting coach, Thai massage practitioner, sound healer, aromatherapist, and podcast host. She also leads area workshops and retreats, a local women’s circle, and her pack of four children at home.
