Grab a yoga mat and take it to the nearest lake, beach bay, pool or at least near a window! ☀️


Warm up – 3-5 minutes


HIIT Core Tabata:
4 Minutes (20 On, 10 Off; 2 Times Through)


Core Challenge:
20 Minutes (50 On: 10 Off)
