Nikki Johnson

Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

Nikki is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Group Exercise Instructor, deeply committed to fostering holistic wellness and improving quality of life. She blends evidence-based practices with a focus on sustainable habits and behavioral change. Nikki is dedicated to empowering all individuals on their wellness journey; she has worked with kids as young as seven to adults up to age 85! Her passion is to teach clients proper strength training to boost their metabolism, build muscle, and relieve chronic pain through mobility! She is a lifelong learner, currently pursuing the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. When not in the gym, Nikki loves reading, going to the beach, and hanging out with friends and family!

Barrett Weber

Personal Trainer

Barrett grew up in Chardon, Ohio on a small alpaca farm. He later moved to Bainbridge and graduated from Kenston High School. After completing high school, Barrett started training himself and others and obtained a Bachelor's degree in exercise science from Cleveland State University. Barrett has played various sports, including motocross, hockey, cross country, and football, and has coached baseball, jiu-jitsu, CrossFit, and lagree. He enjoys helping people reach their physical goals, whether it's becoming more agile for a tennis tournament, doing the splits, or achieving a single push-up. When not in the gym, Barrett spends his time pursuing personal hobbies like slacklining, paddleboarding, and playing with his band, The Dead Houseplants.

Nick Mckinley

Personal Trainer

Personal training and fitness has always been a strong passion for Nick. Competing in bodybuilding has taught him so much about what the human body is capable of & what can be achieved with hard work, education, & discipline. He has been consistently personal training now for 5 years. Whether your goal is to increase mobility, gain muscle or lose fat, Nick will be able to help you achieve your goals. With a balance of functional and strength training, he can help you work hard in the gym to make every day life easier. Nick is also a real estate agent! Inside of the gym or looking for a new home, Nick is always working on ways to help people reach their fullest potential. Outside of the gym, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, exploring nature & competing in local body building competitions!

Book Nikki Johnson or Barrett Weber on the Arena app! Together, you will schedule your consultation, review your assessment results, and set up a regular schedule for personal training sessions.

Your assessment output from your initial consultation is the blueprint for your fitness journey. The consultation includes your health and history screening, body composition analysis, a complete fitness assessment, a fitness floor assessment, and a program tailored to you. We’re confident you will leave your initial consultation, having learned something new to make your fitness experience more challenging and rewarding. The initial consultation with your trainer is truly the key to your success!
