The Wembley Club’s Fitness Center and gym is state-of-the-art for 2020. Our gym features brand new TechnoGym equipment, cutting edge group fitness class offerings, and fantastic personal training located in the Chagrin Valley. Our fitness programming is truly second to none. We proudly offer group fitness, individual and group personal training, aqua fitness, and youth fitness paired with nutrition and lifestyle transformation coaching services. Wembley has expanded our fitness class offerings to approximately 50 classes per week with a wide range of options. Exercise classes include spin, yoga, barre, boxing, TRX, bootcamp, pump, HIIT, water aerobics, aqua fitness, circuit strength, functional fitness, cardio, cycle and many more. Wembley also has the best offering of kids’ fitness, with classes ranging from preschool through teens. There is athletic training for youth, so no matter what sport you are preparing for, Wembley will suit your needs!

Our gym has all new TechnoGym equipment. There is a great range of machines and excellent availability for use. Customize your own abs workout or race your friend through the streets of Rome on one of our new treadmills. Use our assisted pull up machine, or stretch out on our interior or posterior flexibility equipment. For an extra challenge, try the Skillmill which is a self-powered incline treadmill. The second floor gym features free weights. Come by for a visit to see the newly remodeled gym and group fitness room!
